- Post a video of you doing a qualifying lift with this qualifying patch somewhere in the video frame, post and tag us (gravitytactical) on instagram with the caption "GRAVITY PATCH CHALLENGE"- Upon successful completion of a qualifying lift you will be awarded a limited "Gravity Strength Patch". The patches ARE NOT AVAILABLE for purchase anywhere, and are custom made for each lifter with their color choices. (The last pic is this patch)
THE ONLY WAY TO GET THIS PATCH IS COMPLETING THE GRAVITY PATCH CHALLENGE!
*Qualifying lifts:
- 405LB OR GREATER FLAT BENCH
NO BANDS OR BENCH DADDY, OR BENCH SHIRTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Elbow or wrist sleeves will be allowed, nothing else. *a 2x body weight flat bench will be accepted in place of the 405. Must show your scale weight in the video prior to the lift. PROPER FORM MUST BE USED, NO EXAGGERATED ARCHES. BAR MUST TOUCH YOUR CHEST!
- 500LB DEADLIFT
A 3x bodyweight deadlift will be accepted in place of 500. Must show scale weight in video prior to lift.
Wrist straps and a belt will be allowed, nothing else.
NO SUMO. PROPER FORM REQUIRED.
- 500LB BARBELL SQUAT
A 2.5X bodyweight squat will be accepted in place of 500.
Must show scale weight in video prior to lift.
Belt and knee sleeves are allowed, nothing else.
PROPER FORM REQUIRED, KNEES MUST BREAK 90°
